Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship all orders from Orkanger with Bring/Posten. The shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Normal delivery time within Norway is 2–5 business days from when the item is shipped.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your package has been sent.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. Here's how it works:

1. Let us know within 14 days of receiving the item, by email to lien.olga11@gmail.com. Please include your order number.
2. Return the item to: Olga Lien, Follovegen 21, 7300 Orkanger. You cover the return shipping cost yourself.
3. The yarn must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

We refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return, to the same payment method you used.

Complaints

Is there a fault or defect with the item? Contact us by email with your order number and preferably a photo, and we'll sort it out — you have rights under the Consumer Sales Act, and for a valid complaint we cover the return shipping.

A tip before you order

Our yarns are limited batches — once a batch is sold out, it can normally not be restocked. So order enough for your whole project in the same order. If you're unsure about the quantity, get in touch and we'll help you calculate it.
