Terms of Purchase

These terms of sale apply to purchases made from Garnkuratoren (garnkuratoren.no). They supplement Norwegian law, including the Consumer Sales Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the Marketing Control Act.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK). The total cost, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you complete your order. Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Delivery

We ship from Orkanger with Bring/Posten. Shipping cost and expected delivery time are shown at checkout. See Shipping and returns for details.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. The procedure is described on the Shipping and returns page.

5. Complaints

If the item is faulty or defective, you may file a complaint under the Consumer Sales Act. Contact us by email and we'll find a solution — repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation of the purchase.

6. About limited yarn batches

Garnkuratoren sells limited batches from various mills. Colour shades may vary somewhat between batches, and a sold-out yarn can normally not be restocked. We recommend ordering enough yarn for your whole project in the same order.

7. Dispute resolution

Complaints should be directed to us within a reasonable time. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation (forbrukertilsynet.no).
